Solar Installer in New Jersey

If you have any electrical or solar experience, just know they are gonna try an hire you at the lowest rate. And if you do get hired expect your paycheck to be gone rapidly. The company does not compensate for any fuel, mileage or tolls. If you join their apprenticeship program you will make less money on prevailing wage jobs. An good forbid you work more then 40hrs in a week. You’ll be accused of...

Sunpower panels are awesome, easiest in the industry to install, so that’s the good part.. but training and overall quality of work is not good.. I had to unlearn man...

The management is terrible and they always hype you up with false promises. There were times management was asked for certain tools to get jobs done quicker and they always said they ordered it and it never came through . The comp...

The best part of working at GenRenew is the sense of teamwork. I have never felt anything but support from my Boss and all of my co-workers. The atmosphere is open and honest, and most of all fun. I get the sense that everyone enjoys working here as much as I do. I wake up and look forward to going to work. There is a company wide understanding of the goals and singular focus on obtaining success....
