Pay Time Off - Hourly! Clock in & Out!

only 10 days (80 hours) per year

This includes sick days, vacation, leaving early due to an emergency or arriving late due to an accident.

PTO system sucks! without Sick-Paid-Days, everyone works while ill

All seems well, smiles, food/wine, parties, even tiny pulse, (be careful of answering that too honestly!), but, dissention, pretention, and arrogance brews underneath. The more technical your experience, the more experience you have, the more you will be treated like royalty. Receptionist/Office Services Assistants are seen as expendable and if seniority/team members don't like you, eventually, you will be replaced...with a smile.

The expectations are that you work very hard and will be rewarded. While the latter was true the work / life balance was sometimes a hard one to keep.

No sick days. You have to take it out of your PTO instead and you only get 18 days per year.
