I have work on both sides of the company first in corporate than in the jobber side as an OSS outside salesman. This company does not value its salesman on the corporate side and under pays their salesman. This forced me to work for a independent jobber one boss was a heartless crook. The other boss was good but the commisson rate was average. The job was super stressful and less than rewarding. Bad store staff can ruin your earning potential. I lost some big accounts from bad support staff and lack of foresight by the boss by being cheap.Remember Napa product cost more than your competition, the quality is higher. You need to know your product lines inside and out. The margins are very low in the parts business. The job is hard and cost me my health. I am disabled now. Honesty I can't recommend working for Napa in a sales capacity.

Bad company to work for. Very stressful and cut throat. Never in my 25 year career have I ever worked for a company where the management is mean and uncaring before this one. The company does not care for the employees. The management is always yelling at and threatening the employees. If you are not buddy buddy with the management you will eventually be fired for a made up reason no matter how great of an employee you are. If you tell the company you will sue them for wrongful termination they are quick to want to pay you off. They sound pretty guilty of knowing they were in the wrong. This company will take a very healthy person with a strong mind and make them sick, anxious, nervous and stressed all of the time. The only work life balance they have is they will ruin your home life with all the stress and grief you receive from them. If you love your family and your life do not work here. If you decide to work here it is the biggest mistake of your life.
Nice laid back culture very productive

Work environment is easy to work in and not hostile. The culture is fun to learn and very useful when applied outside of work.
