Bad company to work for. Very stressful and cut throat. Never in my 25 year career have I ever worked for a company where the management is mean and uncaring before this one. The company does not care for the employees. The management is always yelling at and threatening the employees. If you are not buddy buddy with the management you will eventually be fired for a made up reason no matter how great of an employee you are. If you tell the company you will sue them for wrongful termination they are quick to want to pay you off. They sound pretty guilty of knowing they were in the wrong. This company will take a very healthy person with a strong mind and make them sick, anxious, nervous and stressed all of the time. The only work life balance they have is they will ruin your home life with all the stress and grief you receive from them. If you love your family and your life do not work here. If you decide to work here it is the biggest mistake of your life.

Daunting. See way to many customers way to infrequently to build any kind of lasting relationship except very loyal high volume
customers. No even weekly follow-up because of over demanding
call quota.

Very quick to place a customer on COD. Does not communicate to store if a payment is made after a customer is placed on COD
and taken off. Immediately charges tax to a tax exempt customer
after any account change status is made to that account.
