You are given raises quite often. That was the only good thing about the job. But to try to keep the job is something totally different. Once you start making good money you are on your way out the door. Sad to say.👎

I think it is ridiculous that points are taken from employee's for such things as funeral in the family, car accident's, being sick & family emergencies with employee's children. You hire and fire so often, that you're getting a bad reputation from your workers. They run to the time clock so fast as if their life depended on it and it does.

I would describe it as a place that likes you to work under extreme stress due to other employees doing whatever they’d like. They allow a select few employees to do all the work while others stand around talking instead of working. And honestly no one says a thing. They don’t enforce the rules at all.
