How long does it take to get hired from start to finish at GEODIS? What are the steps along the way?

The length of the hiring process at GEODIS varies depending on the position; however, the process itself is the same:
1. Attend a job fair near your OR Apply for a position at workatgeodis.com
2. Interview for the position
3. Get Hired!
4. Complete drug screening and background screening
5. Complete onboarding paperwork
6. Start day 1

I got a little phone screen interview , then I got called in for a in person interview with two supervisors.
Later that day I got an email with a job offer.

It doesn't take long to get hired and start working there just as it doesn't take long to get fired. Both are very quickly.

It's a long process

Sometimes it's after you complete 500 hours and have excellent attendance.

It takes 3 months to get hired on. The steps along the way are good attendance, showing up on time and a great attitude.
