Organize things , train people correctly and throughly, upgrade operating systems
If i was the manager I would be more strict on the Temp Agency to be more strict on their hiring process or have more repercussions so the temps can have better work ethics.
Make sure GEODIS pays employees what they are worth. GEODIS makes $3-$5 and hour off of every single worker. they need to show they care and give some of that money to the actual worker.. If they dont the whole system falls apart and 80% of the workforce has and will continue to walk away from this company
Equality for all, no favoritism I’d ensure that promotion was performance based and no based around how much we “like” someone or dislike other applicants
