  • Performance should outweigh politics in deciding on advancement within the Americas. The leadership team had tremendous talent, but is also losing tremendous talent, when some are more than willing to step on others to ensure their own advancement. At the end of the day, leaders must be able to disagree without being shown the door.

  • I think it is ridiculous that points are taken from employee's for such things as funeral in the family, car accident's, being sick & family emergencies with employee's children. You hire and fire so often, that you're getting a bad reputation from your workers. They run to the time clock so fast as if their life depended on it and it does.

    the employees and management that works out on the floor who actually run the business versus management that looks out of window. Even Home Depot lump back in the 2000s that a happy workplace have higher production numbers with less production hours.
