The interview process consists of two or three interviews, generally
1) An optional phone interview if many candidate are not local.
2) An in person interview with a committee of 3-5 people
3) An interview with the hiring manager.
Interviews 2 and 3 either happen on the same day, or will happen on separate days with the committee only forwarding on the best candidates.
