I will make appointments for all new employees to see how they are doing and make sure to listen to their concerns. Address and observe them and the current staff. My personnel department would not be allowed to take the word of the current staff only. I will do a full investigation and observation between staff and new employees. There is always a reason why new employees are not being hired or stay in a particular location. Look into the work area itself listen to the way the staff talks about things happening and about the new person. Listen to the new employee ALSO. I will not take one side only. I will use cameras and additional resources to prove it what's really happening at that location.. Make sure all new employees get training from staff and additional classes if they need it, and for all races not just some. I believe everyone should be given a chance to prove themselves without extreme close supervision. Personnel should not be siding with anyone. Making their own judgment after reviewing and watching both sides will be the way to go. That's the only way new employees can be added to the GW Discrimination should not be allowed.

Management should see the employees potential. If there were more training opportunities/solutions within I feel that the employee would take the time out to learn more and utilize those tools in another department within the organization. In term employees would probably want to continue working for the organization and it would be less turnaround.
