Contact your state’s bureau of wage and labor. They are required to pay accrued hours. Wage and labor will investigate and get A check for you, and anyone else they find during their investigation who was not properly paid out at termination.
Don't bet that they will. After they terminated me after 13yrs. I was still owed three days of vacation and never got it. Charles Koch needs to pay more attention to the companies he owns. The management at the Richmond plant is awful they have turned everyone against each other and the morale is really bad
Vacation time is earned so it should be.
Every job is different but I think Georgia-Pacific should do that pay you for your unused time
