Management is not consistant. Preaches MBM but does not follow it themselves. Discipline is inconsistent. I believe that a culture is directed by leadership. The plant I used to work for had bad leadership. I believe leadership should be hired that knows state and federal law. Not just their good buddy getting promoted.

We are proud to have this corporation in our area. It supplies products from purchases of timber operation in our area. This has supported many families thru out many years that I personally know would not have had the opportunity to support their families and obligations by any other means of income. I am a previous employee that was in position to enjoy my employee relations with all types of jobs that employees performed. I would not hesitate returning to work with this company.
