Manager (Former Employee) – Clark, NJ – November 2, 2017
Just a nightmare from day 1 and to think I gave up a position for this nightmare. Lack of communication within group because leader was no manager. He had his favorites and if you weren't one of them, he ignored you- really, walk by and not even say hello.
Buyer (Former Employee) – Battle Creek, MI – October 14, 2016
Did not enjoy my time at Gep at all. Very poor management and communication skills. A very stifling uncreative work environment. Management tries to force everyone into a box with no thinking required. Micro management along with a complete lack of understanding of the job requirements along with a belief in a huge offshore presence in Mumbai that has neither the knowledge, skills or communication abilities to be successful.
Salary and benefits
Horrible management, unfair often hostile work environment
MRO Buyer (Former Employee) – United States – June 7, 2016
The pay is comparable. However, management treats employees poorly. Training was very poor and expectations are unreasonable based on training. Little or no assistance from supervisor's or co-workers, Cannot receive a straight answer on policies or procedure's within company. Very unorganized company and management.
Contractor (Current Employee) – Battle Creek, MI – February 15, 2016
GEP is a great Consulting Company to be associated with. They are in tune with the employee needs to make the employee successful. They help the employee to balance work and life. They maintain a great respect for everyone that is part of their employment.
Great benefits, many opportunities for growth within the company.
Sometimes the communication to the employees are a bit vague. Explanation detailed.
Product Support (Current Employee) – Burbank, CA – September 3, 2013
Management is lacking bad in that they do not hire enough people even when requested over and over--work load exceeds staff--unrealistic expectations, but that being said the real workers on the front lines are amazing people, and the company does pay very well, full benefits for employees AND family, with no out of pocket expense, a great private stock plan, employee owned (although employees have very little control of anything) a non matched 401K, two weeks benefits for first 5 years, then additional weeks as time goes on--the CLIENTS are the BEST on the planet, between the clients, the type of industry and co workers it is great, but the stress seems to eventually outweigh it all..oh and managers will not side with you over clients--no one has your back
