WORK there for a long time. About 15 to 20 years . The company favors people they like. And gets rid of people the do not like or want. Unless you are very friendly to boss and get other worker in trouble . You will not have a job for long. So lots of back stabing and rating out others going on there. Examples .multiple people fell asleep did not lose there job.1 other person fell alseep and lost his job. Example.other person did something where he could have hurt someone no trouble. A different employee did the same thimg months later amd got fired. So there is favoritism going around no racism

Worked there for 17 years it help me support my family n buy cars n a house. N put my kids through college. Pay is okay benifits r ok. Dental not so good . Job wants people who are productive n care about there job and task they do . And fearful about losing there job. So they can be replaced by temps .so the job does not have to pay the temps as much money as a normal employee or benefits. Do do the same job .
