Great pay, atrocious hours
Advisor (Former Employee) – Beavercreek, OH – January 17, 2019
You will sign on for 52 hours per week as an advisor, and you will work 55-64 hours with no lunch break, pack snacks. Management will constantly change “plans” that will “improve” CSE, profits etc. when the real reason the department is tanking is overbooking and turnover, which is caused by insurmountable amount of stress caused by overbooking. It’s a vicious circle ran by greedy dogs chasing their tail over and over again. 3 service managers, many advisors and plenty of main shop people have come and gone. If you have a family, look elsewhere. Pay is good, so if you’re single, have no friends or family, have no social life whatsoever and hate having time not spent at work, this is for you. The only positives are pay, and co workers. They will keep you going. Constantly apologizing for stupid wait times, 3 hours + for oil change and rotates will wear you thin. No training on the dealership protocols whatsoever either makes the learning curve a hard one, many new candidates were short lived because of the lack of training.
No lunch, atypical hours even for a dealership, blind upper management
