Machine Operator (Former Employee) – Chicago Heights, IL – July 19, 2017
The best part about the job is the pay. The worst part is having to work swing shift. Management shows a lot of favoritism to certain people, especially their family members who work there. If you work hard and don't mind the hours it can be a decent place to work
Favortism for relatives, especially supervisors kids
Hourly people are awesome--management is a nightmare
Cold End Maintenance Mechanic (Former Employee) – Chicago Heights, IL – March 10, 2017
Production, production, production! Quality only has to be good enough to squeak past the customer. Management will pack garbage then blame it on hourly when it gets rejected from the customer. Hourly always taking the heat for managements poor decisions. Goes all the way up the food chain.

Liked my job and worked well with my coworkers and Salary. Could communicate with all. Tried to help out with lines when stopped keep production going. Or would notifiy Salary for help we needed or would let them know specific problem we had.
everyone work together, friendly people, decent pay
Work/ Skill level is easy, does not require much skill. Must be very attentive to detail in this job. The work environment is fast paced, but very easy. As long as you do your job, each work day is successful.
