Ghirardelli Fun

Ghirardelli is a culture where people matter! Year round we have lots of great initiatives that cater toward getting to know each other better. Employees have started a fitness program, a hiking club, a running club, an epicurean club and of course every year we host a big Chocolate Festival in San Francisco. The festival brings friends and family together and all proceeds of the event are donated to a local non-profit called Project Open Hand. We pride ourselves in the richness of the culture we’ve built and we hope you join us to make it even better! We always ensure employees know what's going on, so 2 times a year we have informal meetings with our CEO and 2 formal All hands meetings a year. Annually we also ensure employees are recognized for showcasing our Ghirardelli values! Ghirardelli recognizes it's employees!
