My co worker was sexually harrassed and reported to both managers and HR. Nothing was done about it. The victim got fired, the perpetrator got a promotion. So typical.

Better treatment for non community employees. Management to actually be present for running a new clinic and not be unfair or play favorites. I'm a minority and still got treated unfairly unfortunately. Management being able to resolve issues without waiting for a long period of time to do so. Actually taking the time to hear the employees side of the issue or matter.

240 hours PTO in first year...and annually (about 10 hours per pay period). Also get Extended Illness hours.
