January - mid February is very slow...low seniority should expect to be laid off for any where from 2 weeks to 1 month (after 60 day probation). Mid February - April expect 40 hr weeks. By June we blow up - anywhere from 10-11 hr M-F plus 8-10 hrs Saturday and/or Sunday through December.
10 because there way too much work being shoved down from management. Constantly trying to pull resources from other teams to help with projects.
