As a minor you can be a CIT or WIT, but those are considered camp and you have to pay for them. Or you can be an intern, but last I checked they require you to PAY THEM $25 per week. Only once you are 18 (or sometimes 17, but that is illegal with their contracts) will they hire you.

Yes, they hire students for summer jobs. Once you turn 16, you can be hired to work in the kitchen, and once you are 17 you can work in the units with the girls. The employment time is from the end of June through the beginning of August. You are required to live on the camp site Sunday - Friday when the girls are there, and you have free room and board, as well as meals.
