Very bad company to work for. I had a very bad supervisor.

Answered

The hardest part of working at Girl Scouts is working with poor managers who do not want to take the time to answer questions and support you in your role. It is very difficult to be successful at your job when you are not supported by your supervisor.
There is a very high turnover rate, as employees quickly learn that managers do not follow the Girl Scout values in the work environment.
