Yes after 20 years with this company the expectations are unrealistic. I had 5 clinical trials assigned to me at one time and they were all managed by different vendors. It feels like you are working for a clinical resource organization instead of a sponsor. Each dept works in a silo and initiates new processes to fix one process not taking into consideration the whole company wide repercussions.

Culture is not positive. Managers are not good sales managers. Sales reps across the region are unhappy and moral is low. Sales professionals are judged using subjective measures and not on sales performance.

The company has an excellent 401(k) and cash balance pension plan. They also offer excellent health care, dental and vision plans. Their benefits package is among the best in the pharmaceutical industry
