The PTO policy is great - but the health insurance is not. They do not have good therapy/mental health coverage and limited policy options. You will be working 8:30am - 6pm every day (maybe longer) and are expected to check your email after hours. The salary does not match the workload. There were major complaints about the lack of work-life balance in the company. It was not discouraged to work on weekends and I have heard upper management have a positive reaction to hearing people doing work tasks on weekends. The people I worked with directly were wonderful but some of the upper management preferred to tell lower employees what to do instead of having a conversation and hearing others' opinions. The company is quick to terminate people when they are struggling with workload standards or need additional work accommodations. I witnessed multiple people get let go during the year I was with the company. They would rather train new people instead of being flexible and investing in their employees. The best part of the job is the people they hire - everything else is medium at best (benefits, workload, salary). You will go through at least 3 interviews to be hired and the onboarding experience is manageable.

Although, the company states “unlimited PTO” teams are not very large. Therefore, if someone on your team has requested a week off which aligns with your requested time off there’s a possibility you may not get your days approved. Health benefits are great as well as the 401K matching. White-glove service mentality. Must be very quick on your feet to deliver on new starts. This is a heavy metric driven environment when work is slow due to market conditions you may not hit your target goal. Although, leadership says they understand I’m not sure they do as there’s always that pressure and expectations to do the impossible. You may be tasked to take on additional side tasks during no new starts. Leveraging side tasks and your own work can potentially lead to burnout. I had voiced this to my Team Lead and was still offered up to take additional side tasks. Leadership will often offer you to take side work without syncing so be ready to be caught off guard. Leadership preaches about the importance of strong work life balance however you will more than likely stay online beyond normal working hours. When clients are unresponsive leadership will push you to do immense outreach. Be ready to call and email very second of the working hour (maybe even after).

Projects are OK and engaging for the most part. Nice employees, clients, and staff. On several occasions I have completed work for GLG and due to "errors" they did not compensate me. Example- work submitted before a deadline and was not "received" in time, or time spent completing work that was "already at quota" without notice.

team leaders are really toxic. I found out they were talking bad about me after the interview in a employee meeting so unprofessional, working at 11pm
