show up to work. do your job. go home and get paid. Work @ your own paced unless you work at a snail like pace. benefits are reasonable. $25 for medical PPO and $15 for dental every paycheck.

not worth the work environment and stress. not enough enough for the work they give you. learning new things, they dont teach you in detail or as clear. schedule is not flexible .

Stressful

I worked as a Technical Advisor. Pay was $20 an hour at the time, lots of overtime which I didn’t mind. Work/life balance was awful especially working if working the 9-5 shift.

Great learning experience; not worth the pay

The company is money hungry, management only cares about their production goal/ bonus. They do not value their employees and they definitely do not care about the patients or doctors! Overwhelming amount of work for little pay.

Opportunity

The company is a big corporation with a humble beginning. The owner really cares and appreciates his employees. Great benefits and incentives to keep employees motivated. Great management team and awesome team support.

Great people but not good pay for the amount of work

Great company culture and great people to work with in my department, but not much room to move up and pay wasn’t good for how much work I did. The pay increases were low each year as well. The benefits are great.

Decent & Laid back Job with no rooms for Growth.

They're hiring every week. Company's policies is keeping minimum wages for old employees by getting new ones to fill the empty places. No rooms for growth, raise isn’t available within a reasonable timeline. Annual evaluation is a Joke ! Don't put a lot expectations on it. A typical day at work is to start cleaning the mess. I learned how to survive in the mess & dealing with horrible situation. Work place culture is it is what it is you can't do anything to it. The hardest part of the job is looking for room to growth. New technologies, robots keep replacing pieces work pay by hourly pay. The changes keep employee getting paid less as they grew older. The most enjoyable part of the job is most of job is not assembly jobs and there is a variety of departments & shifts for you to fit in.

Clean & spacious Restrooms with big TVs, Lunch rooms, very beautiful Restaurants.

Very busy work place with not enough workers

Overall there’s lots of understaffed sections of the company causing many workers to become overworked. They will burn out new people to do more work than people who have been with the company for years. If you want any position here go for tech positions or call center otherwise it’s not worth it compared to other jobs and the pay.

Pay is little but it is a good way to get your foot in the door.

Overall good company to work for. Pay is a bit low but you get your foot in the door. There is a lot of perks ie, a gym, cafeteria, health clinic on site.

Lots of bias/favoritism

Wok here can either be an easy way to make money, or a struggle just for minimum wage. And it’s all based on who you know. If upper management likes you, you will enjoy the job a lot more.

For someone who has to provide for his/her family its not a good place to work.

The pay here is inadequate for someone trying to provide for his wife or children. But if this is your first job or your by yourself its a great opportunity. I recommend going for the top dollar paying jobs such as accounting here or being a technician here.

Employees work well with others.

Unfortunately, managment are not loyal or work with lower level employees. Bad communication and unprofessional to it's employees. They only focus on numbers and how they look good.

Low pay, parking is a nightmare

Pay is fairly low and the parking structure far away. You're already be sweating by the time you start work since you'll have to walk a few blocks. For entry level positions, there'll be training.

Good starter job but dont get stuck here leave

After the pandemic you have to ask what did this job do for their workers let me tell you they laid off their entire manufacturing team with like a one day notice. They don’t care about the good workers never took care of us didn’t even offer insurance benefits during the layoff just 3 days it was awful. Start out here for a year or two BUT DONT STAY GET THE EXPERIENCE AND LEAVE

Unhealthy stressful environment

Most Same Level Co workers are great, But management and Human resources are terrible,Human resources basically protect the Mangers only, Most managers here abuse Employees verbally and mentally and get away with it. Employees are just a number here. There rules are so strict you cant even go to the rest room without having eyes on you, they keep tabs on every minute of your work day, they work you to the Ground with insufficient pay.the Stress level here is so high that you get knots in your stomach and literally get ulcers. And to top it off the benefits are terrible, for being the largest Dental lab in the world you would thing they had a great dental plan, Buts its terrible, you get better benefits at a Starbucks. Save yourself by not working here. .

Workplace is ok, ur just a number to them. Low pay and lots of production to be done. Workers here are polite. Dress however you like to work. It's ok

Great Companies Have Great People but I think the company should increase pay rate for employees. Get pay by piece work make the most employees more stressful

Very poor management, high turn over

Extremely poor managers and supervisors with little to no knowledge on how to lead or motivate. Micro managing is a norm. Zero opportunity to be an individual. They tell you wjat to say, how to say it, when to say it.

Pros

Good benefits and pay. Could be a great place to work if they could find true leaders to lead.

It's great

I absolutely loved working at Glidewell. Depending on where you work, you may have a different experience. But in the fulfillment department, it was amazing. Great pay, great benefits, great work life.
