Business casual for office employees but they do allow jeans. Fridays are casual, shorts are allowed as long as they are nice. Warehouse employees have a more casual dress code, t-shirts and shorts are allowed.

Depending on the role we may conduct your first interview by phone or virtually via video call. In-person interviews are more formal, business casual, or business formal dress is recommended. In most cases, you may speak to 2 or 3 hiring managers which would include a Human Resources Manager, Direct Supervisor, or in some cases Executive Leadership. We do our best to give you a transparent look at the opportunity with GCS and in turn, we also try to get a good sense of who you are and what drives you to succeed!

GCS usually posts opportunities both internally and on jobs boards for dept leads, supervisors, and management weighs any outside applicants against those. There is no guaranteed timeline for promotion and if there are more qualified outside applicants they will bypass current employees. There aren't a ton of management positions since it's a smaller business but they are growing and have added 4 warehouse dept leads and 1 warehouse supervisor position in the past year.

Reviews take place at 90 days then 1 year. Opportunities for raises usually coincide with reviews.
