on-site employee and not involve with offices procedures and activities on daily basis. office personnel was always helpful good management nice and pleasant the commute working with the company's owner

Some Changes Need to be Made

The pros: creative environment, had the opportunity to travel quite a bit, and there was a lot of flexibility in the work schedule.
The cons: very poor leadership (Account Executive & Team Lead-AM) on the account, which lead to low morale and lack of confidence in those individuals, and management refused to address the problem because those leaders - more...
