Management is willing to go the extra mile to train you in any aspect you request but you must be willing to work outside of normal business hours. You have a quota to meet and will be reminded often that you are expendable. This is a high pressure atmosphere, best suited to someone who thrives in sales, marketing and cold-calling. Your job is to find quality/talented engineers to call and try to convince them to leave their current position for the position you're trying to fill. Current corporate quota is a minimum of 80 calls/day OR 4 hours of "talk time"/day and 20 connections/day. After 3 attempts to call someone they come off your call list and you must find more numbers to call. If you love this type of challenge and you're good at it- give them a try. If you're more customer service oriented, I'd say you probably won't last more than a couple of months. Best of luck.

Likely that you won't make enough placements to really benefit from commission, turnover rate of 125%, unrealistic expectations, build your own call lists, thick tension in the room.
