You either work an 8 hour shift Mom-fri (e shift) or you’ll work 12 hour shifts 3days on 3 off 4 days on 4 off

Very good, the culture is such that as long as you get the work done and are available when you are needed, your hours can be your own.

5 Shifts
A- Sunday through Tues. Every other Wed. 6amish-6pmish
B-Front half Nights Sunday through Wed, Every other Sat
C- Back half days, Thursday friday, saturday, every other wed.
D-Wed. through Friday, every other Sat Night. 6pmish- 6amish
E- M-F Whenever you show up - whenever you leave, no accountability here. But 7amish to 5pmish

Expect to be "called in" if your on a night shift for meetings, that frequently get changed or moved around. So enjoy the OT.

Both night shift receive salary offset. For B shift its 12% and For D its 15% increase.
