Growth=no response to issues, no reason given for firing

Over two years ago Globo was a company that was slowly obtaining clients, so there were times of the year that it was literally barely worth signing in to work for them. But little by little work increased and at the time you could still get answers, help and tech support. Then Globo began to take on bigger customers and suddenly dropped interpreters that had worked with them for a long time. with no explanation or forewarning. At the very least should have the decency to give a reason! Although I requested a reason, in writing, from 3 supervisors or higher ups in Globo,not a word in response.
