Productive and challenging work place
May be a good fit for some, but I felt underpaid, and unappreciated.
Management and the company seemed to only care about profits, and l felt it didn’t have a good work/life balance. Had a lot of overtime with little vacation given.

Management has no problem asking to do more work reguardless of how it impacts your personnal life.
I enjoy working in field service and helping people out of their equipment issues making their job less than easy.
Management is constantly changing the 'rules' to work by, making it challenging to 'keep my numbers up'.

Good employee culture
Flexible schedules and good employee community. Global growing company that takes pride in their work. They have tried to create a community culture for the employees.

Good pay. that's about it.
they pay well. a lot of traveling which isn't bad, but the company oversells the machines to customers, and it becomes difficult to talk to customers about issues. some tech is maybe underdeveloped or not ready for distribution to field, and there is some guess work involved.
in my experience i had an unresponsive manager, which didn't really manage anything at all.

i don't know maybe it just wasn't the job for me, some people seemed pretty happy there.

i would not recommend this job
