Work & Life Balance

GO Mortgage is a great employer
I really like working at GO Mortgage. Being able to be remotely is awesome and I've learned how to balance home/work life. Management is flexible. The hardest part of my job is with computer issues and not having IT in house since being remote but they are pretty quick to respond. The best part of the job is flexibility, training and having a great team to work with.

Management is always implementing software to improve our production. They never forget to tell you thank you for a job well done. The recognition of a job well done means so much.

Training is a big part of a company. GO Mortgage takes that seriously and offers trainings frequently. Not just for new people, but for seasoned people as well to keep you fresh and on top of your game. Management is always looking for ways to improve the company but also it's employees work life and how to make things easier or more efficient without sacrificing our customer service. The hardest part of your job is the constant changing, but that's also the best part. Why do I say that? Well I don't believe in getting too comfortable with something, there is always room for improvement and management shows that as well. Overall I LOVE working at GO Mortgage and can't imagine working elsewhere.

The best job I have ever had! We all work towards one goal- to get our borrowers in the home of their dreams! We work together as a team and get the job done. Management is exceptional and the support provided is never ending. Great place to work!

Our management is seriously the best. They are fair, helpful and understanding. You are allowed to do your job with out being micro managed. Besides working with a great team, I value the flexibility I have in this job.
