Inside Sales Representative (Former Employee) – Salt Lake City, UT – September 6, 2018
They understood making cold calls is rough and set realistic expectations. They were cool about understanding things come up with life and how to adjust. There were some things like their kilowatt bonus and other bonuses that were hard to get from them and their starting wage should be raised for more time spent working there and promotional opportunities for how often they like to expand. The management was cool about talking to them with concerns and were great at trying to find ways to have fun.
Brought in lunches sometimes, the meetings were a nice break, and were good at understanding the struggles.
Sitting in front of a computer all day, dealing with constant rejection but they do so much research to prevent that from happening.
