There is no interview. You go through a temp agency and you go to the job for 2 days for orentation and than you start your regular hours after that. Orentation is paid for.

The manager went over paperworks and asked me why I wanted to work at Godiva and a few scenerio questions and what I wanted to after college. She also had a feeling I was shy so she "put me on the spot" to see if I was able to hand out samples, greet customers, and also tell them about the sales of the day and such.

The interview process was easy. Just a group thing with several people, we each went up to the table to where the manager or supervisor was sitting and answered a few questions about previous experience.
