For the entry level position, it was fast, for the assistant manager position that took for ever

The manager went over paperworks and asked me why I wanted to work at Godiva and a few scenerio questions and what I wanted to after college. She also had a feeling I was shy so she "put me on the spot" to see if I was able to hand out samples, greet customers, and also tell them about the sales of the day and such.
The interview process is laid back but still professional. Was not stressful at all.

The interview process was easy. Just a group thing with several people, we each went up to the table to where the manager or supervisor was sitting and answered a few questions about previous experience.

I went in and she went over the paperwork I had filled out and asked me questions about my past jobs and why I had left. She asked me why I wanted to work there and also gave me a few easy scenarios that could happen on the sales floor and how I would handle them.
