The pace? I worked there for 3 months without taking one single phone call. Yeah, I would say the pace was slow. Bring a book.

No, they will work with you to get licensed. It's an exam that requires a lot of effort and many don't put in the work. But they are more than willing to be there if you work for it. They will also pay to get you licensed in multiple states.

There are many different Insurance campaigns going on. The earliest start time is 8:00 am and the building closes no later then 7:00 PM at this time of year. But when enrollment period starts up we work Oct through Dec with extended hours and working every weekend with no days off in between.This is the hardest time to work.
