Raise the pay and provide more hours to your kids club attendants as they are all qualified to do their jobs and very much need a livable wage to provide for themselves and their families. Stop making excuses and pay staff for their labor and hard work.

That depends on the position you are working. As a former maintenance worker we were the bottom of the company so it was a very hostile environment since both customers and other employees don't really care about keeping the gym clean. So having some attitude and speaking out is a MUST since no one from management or fellow employees will step up for you which could cause a toxic environment.

Answered

Lack of care and concern for emplpyees , including management. With structure changes and or acquisitions long term employees who have passion for there team and sacrificed there time to make sure changes were made in a postive direction only to be let down but a Comp plan that knocked down pay tremendously even after having tenure.

The interviewer was late and didn’t apologize. Talk to me for about 5 minutes. Asked me if I was comfortable selling memberships. Really all the wants are sales associates. After talking to me for five minutes asked me if I was willing to stay another 15-20 minutes while he interviewed other candidates, and said he would make his decision at the end. Completely inconsiderate of others time. I choose not to work here, I would never want to be employed by someone who can respect me or my time.
