Pay your employees more, respect them, and maybe you won't have such a high turn over rate.
That depends on the position you are working. As a former maintenance worker we were the bottom of the company so it was a very hostile environment since both customers and other employees don't really care about keeping the gym clean. So having some attitude and speaking out is a MUST since no one from management or fellow employees will step up for you which could cause a toxic environment.
Lack of care and concern for emplpyees , including management. With structure changes and or acquisitions long term employees who have passion for there team and sacrificed there time to make sure changes were made in a postive direction only to be let down but a Comp plan that knocked down pay tremendously even after having tenure.
