Great leadership

Working for G&O was a great experience for the year I was there- took the team to a baseball game and rented hotels for employees that needed. Supervisor and attorneys were great. Cons were being the only staff member in a locked office with clients- safety concern.

Great people

I highly recommend working for them! Lots of nove people. They buy lunch for the meetings. Lots of goodies in the break room at times. Very understanding, kind and patient people

It was a good start

Work load was constant and the attorneys were great and helpful. Office managers, not so much. Always had you questioning your skills and progress. Work life balance was OK, but would have preferred more hybrid option.

Manager at Metro Office is very childish and petty, along with favoritism on workers. Not professional with workers and always responding in unprofessional messages during work hours.

My coworkers are what make me stay

My coworkers are what keep me here. We all get a long great and often have a lot of fun. The job can be stressful at times especially when a client is unsatisfied with how long the process takes. First year employees don’t get PTO until their one year anniversary. Growth is limited and training depends on the office manager.
