Hourly pay is always a reason. When you have a family to support, money talks. I feel if they forked out a little more for hourly wages they would have more employees loyal to the business.

I left this job because when I went to the manager about an issue with an employee basically trying to make me do all the work he responded with "well next time you have an issue tell a manager." I simply explained that it was my fourth day and nobody was seeming friendly or helpful towards me and he said "do you want to be here"
