certified nurses aid (Former Employee) –  Atlanta, TXFebruary 19, 2014
some days it seemed like you could never get everything done but other days it seemed you didn't have enough to do. your co workers stick to their hall and are reluctant to leave and come help you. your charge nurse feels that they are incapable of coming out from the desk and assist you in anything. as always you have your residents to look forward to
Pros
the residents
Cons
no help

Bringing the resident to the therapy area (Former Employee) –  Atlanta, TXAugust 15, 2013
The facility had to much drama and most of the employee did not care for the residents.

Certified Nursing Assistant (Former Employee) –  Atlanta, TXJuly 2, 2013
It is what you make of it. They truly work hard to improve and better their hardworking employees. It is in a pretty rural place so the pay isn't spectacular.
Pros
Lots of growth, flexibility, experience
Cons
salary, sometimes the staff
