Horrible Bully workplace
Sales Representative (Former Employee) –  Los Angeles, CAMarch 5, 2019
You’ll never make as much money as they purpose. Be prepared to be mistreated by employees and by upper management!! No paid lunches, you work and eat but still is being deducted. Horrible HR, does not answer questions or emails when asked. Pay is decent but they don’t pay enough to deal with the mistreatment you will ENDURE.
Pros
Benefits, Pay
Cons
No paid breaks, horrible atmosphere, mistreatment in the workplace, no room for advancement

They lie about how much you can make. They have to because otherwise no one would ever work there. They hook you in with there lies to have you only as a body until others quit or get fired. You don’t have to trust my review but if you have a family to care for please think twice.

Company Doesn't care
Store Manager (Former Employee) –  FloridaJanuary 23, 2019
Recently applied for a management position with Good Feet after receiving an email and text that they wanted to speak with me and to call a recorded number and leave my name and number. After leaving my name and number 3 times along with emailing and texting the recruiter they never responded back. When contacting the corporate head quarters their response was their recruiter is done by a third party and they couldn't help. The company could care less about the issue which explains why their culture is the way it is and they are losing out on top talent because of poor management. This company needs to over haul their executives and make changes if they plan on retaining and keeping top talent.
Pros
Nothing
Cons
Lack of acknowledgement

Be cautious. Very aggressive employees. Not a good experience. Very cut throat employees and will steal opportunities/sales. Not a team player environment.

Stressful, poor management, unrealistic expectations
Sales associate (Former Employee) –  Los Angeles, CADecember 19, 2018
This company is very poorly managed. Very gossipy. Unprofessional. Very hard on sales associates. And super high turn over. This company is more concerned about the profit it’s making off customers in pain rather than helping customers in pain find affordable solutions.
Pros
Potential to make a decent amount of money
Cons
work environment was too toxic

If you enjoy deceptive selling and worst commissions in industry...work here
Sales Associate (Current Employee) –  San Diego County, CANovember 4, 2018
There are no words for how disgusted I am with this company and their practices. $1000 for 3 pre-made insoles?!? The worst part is they will drop the price significantly if they have to but will never inform the customer until they've been declined for financing. The turnover is incredible as they are a burn-and-turn style of operation.

I could write so much more about specifics of the inner workings of how this company strategizes to prey on people's pain and emotions but if you're not warned off by now, maybe this is the type of place you want to work at...

Franchise sales of eretails arch suopport stores.
Director of Franchise Development (Current Employee) –  Carlsbad, CAJune 11, 2015
Difficulty find qualified domestic prospects as to a lack of a cohesive marketing plan for candidates. Attracting international prospects was easier.
