When people come for interviews, it will nice to let them whether they were in or out when decisions are made. I have called, texted and sent emails but not one single response. That is not a good look at this great company.
Management needs communication skills. They are also unorganized and unprofessional. There is no structure. They lack in so many things.....Honesty, Leadership, Availability.
Pay your people more!! The only way that I was getting by was working overtime when there was no one on second shift. I’m barely making it. Literally every employee that I know who works here has a second job. Now that the shift is filled there’s no overtime and I’m having to choose between healthcare and paying my bills. That should never be an option. At the end of the day your DSPs are what keep this company going because truth be told no one from corporate could do what we do.
Look into benefits even if basic for your employees.
Be honest with qualified professionals.
