Since our founding in 1922, The Good Samaritan Society has been driven by a mission to share God's love with seniors and others in need. We've built an amazing team of caregivers, leaders, volunteers and supporters who all believe in our mission - to make sure those we serve always feel loved, valued and at peace. We provide a collaborative healthcare setting, faith-based mission and a commitment to quality care and service.

Terrible place to work. Management doesn't help at all, seemingly because they don't know what is going on. If you do go to them with an issue they will try to justify wrongdoings and never address the root problem. There are more rude employees at this place than anywhere I've ever been. They provide an extremely poor quality of care as you can see by looking at their past state surveys. Residents and families are always upset. Overall, this place is a mess. The company does have good benefits though, if you can handle the chaos, poor treatment, and stress through the roof while protecting your own license.

Very busy days and multitasking. Always be prepared for instant change. Administrator did not help. A few co workers clicky and disrepectful. HR in a contradictory position living in a small town with most workers, so favoritism was noticed.
