Be honest with employees about their future before they get comfortable with the jobs and get dirtied out of the blue
Don't take money from the techs to get poor mgt. Out of chapter 11. Bad move and shows lack of commitment to techs. They will be taken over by someone else and the mgt. Will be given pink slips deservedly
I would suggest you be upfront with all new hires tell the the good and bad of job and for the older tech explain why things are changing and try to understand each tech and how they work to help them improve
Keep everything the same! Techs were happy with old pay
