Make sure there is job equality. If two people have the same job title make sure that they are both doing the same amount of work. Not one working hard and the other standing around.
Don't tell people who are disabled. That Good Will industry is a equal opportunity employer. Because Good Will industry in Las Vegas doesn't have one person in a wheelchair working at any of the Good Will stores. I have been to just about every Good Will stores in the Las Vegas valley..
