No.
Signed up for job search help at the goodwill, the person there immediately after discussing my background called up the recruiter for Goodwill, who even knew about my background as well during the interview. H.R. still denied me for a minimum wage position.

I think they are lenient due to the people that I know who have known people who work there. I feel like they are for helping #1. they are a non for profit organization. That means they are not discriminating too much it's not government funded so they can pretty much hire who they want but I think they will be on a drug test unless you are honest, but a drug is a drug if your in remission or just kicked in a rehabilitation center they might, if not DRUGS I PRESUME YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO WORK FOR THERE COMPANY because there non for profit organization they loose money it's a loss for them and because of the fact that most of there money comes from donations, and charities they can't afford to hire you if you are a liability. Drug addicts are liabilities not felons depending on the charge and how long you been out of trouble. And the charges someone that background shows consistent larceny that's steeling but hasn't done it in about 3 years I'm not hiring you that's a addiction so No I'm not hiring you because your whole record says larceny .
Now Not saying people on drugs can't change and become a functional person who is not a liability but if you can't control yourself long enough for a interview and your on the job high you are a liability

Depends on the crime. Greensboro NC has a program calls "Jobs on the outside" that will help felonies find jobs.
