Quick interview! Just trying to get bodies to cover Depts. 10min training then they leave you to the wolves! Guaranteed to get a lead position but nothing after that. Goodwill doesn't seem to acknowledge a job versus a career at Goodwill.. management is lazy store is a mess. This one young man did many jobs there, he left & management had to take over his job, now the store lacks luster, organization, & friendliness! Wrote this post cause the young man showed up today management was excited to see him employees all ran to hug him as they missed how he made everything flow. Good employees come and go🤔

I was asked questions about my previous job's. The interviewer also explained to me how good will operates and what to expect, as far as pay and hours. I didn't get the position i applied for however I was offered a different position. I had to sign a couple of consent forms, then I was given my drug test paperwork. Typical interview.
