It will vary by store. I worked at a big and very busy one. Though it was stressful at times, management tried to keep the attitude light and fun. You work closely with your fellow workers as a team and try your best to reach the daily goal. Music played through out the building. There was also a nice break room and once a month or so, management provided a great lunch. Birthdays and working holidays were also celebrated. If I were to grade the environment and culture.. B+

Ok, but there needs to better treatment towards store managers and regular employees. I also feel that corporate needs to lose power and be monitored strictly because they treat all the employees below them poorly and only care about sales and production numbers, which is selfish of them.
