Contract Recruiter (Former Employee) - Mountain View, CA - April 7, 2020
Indeed Featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedProfessional team and goals clearly explained. Women sometimes treated differently. Difficult to transition from contractor to full time due to some brutal competition for the very few conversion spots compared to the vast number of contract recruiters hired at once (60 started the day I began). No vacation days or paid sick days nor paid holidays for contracted employees. No benefits. Only paid for 40 hours per week.
Pros
Great company to have on your resume. Google bus transportation. Free food at all times.
Cons
Low conversion rate of contractors to full time employees. No security.

UI/UX, Contract Technical Recruiter (Former Employee) - San Bruno, CA - August 21, 2019
Over all it has a buzz that is motivating. But it also has more of a robotic feel for your job. I can work much faster in a Start-up environment. I would have liked to have been able to show my work style.

Not a good experience
Contract Recruiter (Former Employee) - Austin, TX - November 8, 2017
My contract was terminated with no notice and a vague message was left for my agency saying it was due to performance. I was 2 months in and never had any inclination I was not performing well.

Low Moral...horrible lower management
Recruiter (Contract) (Former Employee) - Mountain View, CA - May 21, 2014
Two different messages given to employees. Upper management give you the idea they want you to have fun and enjoy the experience. Lower management gives no encouragement, no regards to contractors, and does nothing to help the moral. Burn and churn!
HORRIBLE experience!!!
Pros
Food (but it wears off after a few weeks)
Cons
everything in the review!!
