Not a great place to start if you’re new to oncology or Anatomic Pathology but does offer services other labs aren’t doing with better pricing
A typical day may include any of the following: travel within the assigned territory (MO, IL, KS), cold calling, meetings and lunches with physicians/clinic administrators, existing account management, on boarding new accounts and keeping it all organized.

Bad management
The only good thing about this company is the people. There are some managers that get away with this which should be immediately corrected but no, there is definitely favoritism from the CEO.

A company that is like a family
This is an amazing company that I am now a part of. I love every day at work! GoPath recently purchased a new building that will house the laboratory and all staff. The place to work is very comfortable with large conference room, large parking lot. The staff are friendly and everyone works as a team. CEO of the company, Dr. Jim Lu is a highly qualified specialist pathologist. The company is growing in terms of research and development in the field of cancer research.

A company focused on making a quick dollar and not employee well-being
Unsanitary lunch room and bathrooms, no raises even to the most tenured employees, overworked employees due to financial constraints. Watch out for this company, they do not care about employee well-being. Insurance takes months to get information on, no management, meetings that just pawn more work on the employees and accomplish nothing. Gossip runs this company because there is no management.

Many problems
No raises, no matching 401k, basic insurance that takes months to get information on, second-hand equipment that comes with issues, low morale. Great coworkers, but even they aren’t lasting. Possible potential but not with the way things have been.
