This place is a easy place to work but they are unorganized for the volume of work they actually do. Also they only give their favorite people the high tip orders . You will practically have to beg for one order or even a order with a tip. Your first day or weeks will be confusing, because nobody will tell you anything you will be doing alot of guess work. I didnt want to belive it was this way but it is

It's going to vary greatly on which warehouse you work in but overall I'm pretty happy. This is one of the better gig jobs since there is a set schedule, orders are dispatched in a round robin format so there is no racing to claim an order before 100s of other people do, and there is a floor on your earnings so you'll never finish a shift with $0. The tips are great, packages are light, and the customers are great since you rarely have to interact with them. With all that said, this is still just a side gig and you shouldn't look at it as a career.

Gopuff has such promise, but for a company that is valued in the billions they sure do have some serious issues. The delivery app works great, and the work itself is very simple and usually easy. The main problem lies in the pay. Not only is it not enough (unless you work 55 hours or more), but they consistently have pay issues. Missing hours, missing bonuses, or incomplete pay. That is extremely regrettable, because had they lived up to their promise it would have warranted five stars.Maybe they’ll get their act together soon.Maybe not.

Good starter job, they seems to make the most out of our pay. Threatening us to do more because of a raise that we rightfully earned. Messed up our pay rate. Management seems to come and go every 2-3 months. Overall have more responsibility than what job is described. Trained new people when it’s the managers/shift leads job. Don’t treat with respect as respect is needed all around. At the end of the day, this job needs to pay 18 an hour for all the stuff we have to do and deal with underemployed sites. Seems to be a all around thing.
