Stores - Our interview process is typically very quick. Within 24-48 hours after applying, you will either receive an email or phone call on the next steps. Once you have completed the phone screening, an interview will be scheduled to be held at the store location you applied for. After your interview, hiring decisions will be made on the spot or within one to two business days.
Distribution Center - From start to finish, the process can be pretty quick. After applying online, you will receive an email or call from a recruiter for an initial phone screen. Next step is an interview with a manager at the Distribution Center. Hiring decisions are made on the spot, or shortly thereafter. Orientation would be scheduled as soon as possible and the individual would typically begin working immediately.
